Qi Gong Classes
Qi Gong, also known as "Chinese yoga", consists of postures, movements, breath work and meditation to bring ones physical energetic and emotional bodies in harmony.
Soft Qi GongSoft Qi Gong focuses on opening the joints, relaxing the muscles and increasing flow of Qi and blood to and through the meridians and muscular system. This class is great for people with aches, pains, joint stiffness and arthritic issues. This class is also good for athletes that want to recover from intense training.

Medical Qi GongThe focus on this class is on the organ systems. Organs can become overworked and strained with the stresses of daily life. This class focuses on opening and relaxing the organs of the body to bring them back to harmony.

4-Season Qi GongThis class will focus on a particular organ system that is affected by the current season. Examples are kidney's for the winter, liver for the spring, heart for the summer, lungs for the fall and the spleen for the transition of each. Also included will be massage techniques for each particular organ and foods that correlate to those organs.
